I am a licensed clinical social worker, licensed marriage and family therapist, and sex therapist. My areas of special interest and experience include relational, couple and sex therapy, separation/divorce and life transitions, infidelity/affairs, stress reduction/mindfulness, and the integrative use of EMDR, IFS, SE and mindfulness-based and mind-body oriented approaches to healing trauma and attachment-related injuries. I work as a staff therapist for Council for Relationships and an AAMFT-approved supervisor.
I am one of the founding board members of PCEFT.. I believe in the benefits of attachment as strengthened through learning about and certified practicing the approach of Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT).and interested in utilizing EFIT. I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor of Sex Therapy.
